Why Piccola?

Piccolo, meaning small plus the added ‘a’ for the feminine flare.

No matter how small the idea, when combined with enough passion, drive and good design it can become as big as your drive.

Social platforms and modern marketing have leveled the playing field, granting dedicated individuals the power to reach wide audiences. You just need to stand out from the crowd.

Portrait of freelance creative looking into the distance
Fremantle-based freelance creative.

In the more serious hours of my day I design using digital tools, so in my downtime, I am more drawn towards tactile, traditional means of design, such as lino printing!

My prints are inspired mostly by the natural world or by feel-good words and are made to bring a sense of mindfulness to the home, or a little bit of calm to any space. Other than here, my prints can be seen at local art markets in the Perth area and Common Ground Collective in Fremantle.
